The Wonca World Executive has taken note of this open letter by the Aarhus primary care group. The Executive wishes to thank the authors for their candour. The matter has been placed on the agenda of the next World Executive meeting in Kyoto in May 2005, and has been highlighted for discussion with the Host Organizing Committee (HOC) of the 2007 World Wonca Conference to be hosted in Singapore.
